Baked Common Crab

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
  2. To make the sauce, in a bowl, whisk together the cream, soy sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup, egg yolks, fish sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Add the crab, Brussels sprouts, chives, and chile to the sauce and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 ramekins.
  5. Dust the top of each dish with one-fourth of the panko.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve piping hot.
