Bleu Cheese Dip

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and bleu cheese together in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Add a generous pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and store in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more to allow flavors to combine.
  4. Serve with a selection of your favorite vegetables as a dip.
  5. To use as a salad dressing, thin the dip with up to 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk.
