Bleu Cheese Dip
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 whole Lemon Juice Of
- 2 ounces, weight Bleu Cheese, Crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and bleu cheese together in a small mixing bowl.
- Add a generous pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
- Cover and store in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more to allow flavors to combine.
- Serve with a selection of your favorite vegetables as a dip.
- To use as a salad dressing, thin the dip with up to 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk.
