Ruby's Roast Beef Recipe

  1. Place roast in tin foil.
  2. Pour wine over roast.
  3. Cover tightly.
  4. Bake one hour in 350 degree oven.
  5. Remove the roast and slice.
  6. Add in one can of mushroom soup in the juice of the roast.
  7. Place slices back into the juice.
  8. Cover tightly and bake in 350 degree oven till tender.
