Ruby's Roast Beef Recipe
- lean roast beef
- 1 c. red wine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Place roast in tin foil.
- Pour wine over roast.
- Cover tightly.
- Bake one hour in 350 degree oven.
- Remove the roast and slice.
- Add in one can of mushroom soup in the juice of the roast.
- Place slices back into the juice.
- Cover tightly and bake in 350 degree oven till tender.
