Chocolate Dipped Cherry Cordials Recipe

  1. I use the cherry juice instead of lowfat milk.
  2. Thoroughly cream butter with sugar, lowfat milk or possibly juice; blend in vanilla and almond extract.
  3. (If mix is too soft, add in extra confectioners' sugar.)
  4. Mold sufficient dough around each cherry to cover cherry.
  5. Place on waxed paper-covered tray.
  6. Cover and chill.
  7. Remove 1/3 of centers from refrigerator 15 min before dipping; keep remaining centers chilled.
