Amish Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, paprika and parsley.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour and place in large baking pan skin side up.
  4. Mix cream and water and pour over the chicken.
  5. Bake 2 hours or until skin is crispy.
  6. Serve with the gravy.
