Amish Chicken
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 13 cup chopped parsley
- 9 chicken quarters
- 1 12 cups cream
- 1 12 cups water
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, paprika and parsley.
- Dredge chicken in flour and place in large baking pan skin side up.
- Mix cream and water and pour over the chicken.
- Bake 2 hours or until skin is crispy.
- Serve with the gravy.
