Low Calorie Chef's Salad
- 6-1/4 gal. Torn mixed salad greens
- 3 qt. red peppers, cut into julienne strips
- 3 qt. cucumbers, sliced
- 3 qt. carrots, shredded Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1-1/2 qt. green onions, chopped
- oven roasted turkey breast, cut into julienne strips
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT FREE Thousand Island Dressing
- Toss all ingredients except the turkey and dressing in large bowl.
- For each serving: Place about 3-1/4 cups of the greens mixture on serving plate; top with 3 oz.
- of the turkey.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
