twice baked potatoes casserole
- 6 medium rosset potatoes
- 500 grams broccoli
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cup marble cheese
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil
- bake the potatoes for 45minutes at 350F
- after the potatoes cooked take them out from oven let them cool a little and peel them
- smash the potatoes
- add the milk warm ;the butter ;the grated cheese and the broccoli cut in small florets
- mix well put in a baking tray and take to oven at 500F until is golden brown
