Blender gluten free potato cakes
- 1 large onion
- 7 medium potatoes diced
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup Bob's red hill potao flour
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Put all ingredients except for the potato flour in the blender.
- Blend
- Pour mix into a bowl mix in flour.
- You may add a little more flour if it needs to be thickened some more.
- Put skillet on stove with vegetable oil
- Using a ice cream dipper scoop the mixture in to the skillet.
- Flatten the mixture with a spatula to get a thinner potato cake
- Flip the cake cook until golden Brown on both sides
- Serve add salt to taste
