Anish-Nah-Be Pakwejigan (Real Indian Bread)

  1. Let the soft bread dough cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix in the blueberries & put the dough into a bowl.
  3. Chill until it thickens.
  4. When the dough is firm, cut it into 1/2 inch slices & fry until it is a golden colour.
  5. Serve hot with maple syrup.
