White Bean Pesto Hummus
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) White Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Pesto (homemade Or Store Bought)
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- In a food processor, combine beans, pesto and lemon juice.
- Puree until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- If you find it too thick, you can add water starting at a teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
