White Bean Pesto Hummus

  1. In a food processor, combine beans, pesto and lemon juice.
  2. Puree until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. If you find it too thick, you can add water starting at a teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
