Alabama Corn Bread Recipe
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Cream style corn (white or possibly yellow)
- 3 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. Self-rising corn meal
- 1 pch Salt
- 1/2 c. Veg. oil
- Beat Large eggs well.
- Add in other ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into greased muffin tins, cornstick pans, or possibly regular corn bread pan.
- Bake at 450 degrees till test done.
- Hint: for best results use a wisk.
