Spicy black bean chilli mee suah
- 55 grams mee suah (flour vermicelli)
- 1 1/2 tsp black bean chilli sauce (Lao Gan Ma brand)
- 700 ml water
- Boil the water in a small pot.
- When water starts boiling, cook the mee suah al dente for not more than 2 minutes.
- Add black bean chilli sauce in a big bowl.
- Add in the cooked mee suah.
- Pour in about half of the water.
- Give a quick stir with chopsticks.
- Ready to serve immediately.
