Fondant
- 300 grams Mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1000 grams ( or more than 1000 ) Icing Sugar
- 10 ml Food coloring of your choice
- Mix marshmallow with water.
- Melt until completely dissolved.
- Add food coloring.
- Fold in icing sugar.
- Sprinkle icing on your work surface.
- Knead the fondant and add more icing sugar until 1000 grams.
- Roll out fondant and use the cookie/fondant cutter to cut into shapes.
- If you wanna store it , Wrap with plastic wrap 3 times and store for 2 weeks in the fridge.
