Oven-Lime Pork Fajitas

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix onions, peppers, oil, lime juice and cumin in 13x9-inch baking pan.
  3. Mix coating mix and lime zest; use to coat chops as directed on package.
  4. Discard any remaining coating mixture.
  5. Place chops over vegetable mixture in baking pan.
  6. Bake 25 min.
  7. or until chops are done (160F).
  8. Remove chops from pan; cut into strips.
  9. Spoon meat and vegetable mixture evenly over tortillas: roll up.
