Latin Beef
- 14 12 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- bell pepper, sliced
- 2 jalapenos, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 lbs flank steaks or 1 12 lbs beef brisket
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook 6 hours on high.
- Add can beef broth after 4 hours.
