Nutty Pepper Chicken
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup A.1. Smoky Black Pepper Sauce, divided
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Combine bread crumbs, nuts and garlic powder in pie plate until blended.
- Mix mayo and 2 Tbsp.
- A.1.
- until blended; brush onto both sides of chicken.
- Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of chicken.
- Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until done (165F).
- Serve with remaining A.1.
