Thanksgiving Crostini
- 2 (12 inch) French bread baguettes
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 8 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- 8 slices deli turkey breast, sliced into fourths
- 1 avocado, pitted and diced Whole Foods 5 ea For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 6 slices provolone cheese, sliced into eighths
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice your baguettes into 1/2-inch slices and rub vegetable oil on both sides of the slice with a pastry brush.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until lightly golden.
- In a medium bowl, whip the Philadelphia Cream Cheese until fluffy and smooth.
- Add the cranberry sauce and dill, and mix well.
- Spread a tablespoon of cream-cheese mixture evenly atop the crostini.
- Top with a turkey slice, avocado, and a provolone slice.
