Sweet and Sour Stir-fry with Tender Chicken Breast

  1. Slice the chicken breasts and cut into big bite- sizes.
  2. Put in a bowl and add the ingredients.
  3. Rub well.
  4. Add the katakuriko and rub until there is no excess flour left.
  5. Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and arrange the prepared chicken pieces in one layer.
  7. Fry over medium heat.
