Creme De Menthe Brownie Filling Recipe
- 1 (9x13") pan of brownies
- In large bowl beat at medium-high speed; butter, sugar and creme de menthe for 2-3 min till light and fluffy.
- Spread over cooled brownies.
- Chill 1 hour till filling is hard.
- In small saucepan combine water and butter.
- Over medium heat bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add in chocolate chips.
- Let mix sit for 1-2 min.
- Whisk the glaze till smooth.
- Cold the glaze for 3-5 min.
- Pour glaze over the creme de menthe filling.
- Using a metal spatula, spread the glaze till smooth.
- Chill 20 min.
- Cut brownies with hot knife.
- Store in an airtight container.
