Creme De Menthe Brownie Filling Recipe

  1. In large bowl beat at medium-high speed; butter, sugar and creme de menthe for 2-3 min till light and fluffy.
  2. Spread over cooled brownies.
  3. Chill 1 hour till filling is hard.
  4. In small saucepan combine water and butter.
  5. Over medium heat bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and add in chocolate chips.
  7. Let mix sit for 1-2 min.
  8. Whisk the glaze till smooth.
  9. Cold the glaze for 3-5 min.
  10. Pour glaze over the creme de menthe filling.
  11. Using a metal spatula, spread the glaze till smooth.
  12. Chill 20 min.
  13. Cut brownies with hot knife.
  14. Store in an airtight container.
