Mac and Cheese Sausage Skillet
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
- 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
- Brown sausage in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
- Add water, tomatoes and Macaroni; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
- or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add Cheese Sauce Mix and margarine; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Stir in cheddar; cook until cheddar is melted.
