Amish Starter Cornbread Recipe

  1. Combine Amish batter, Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar, flour and cornmeal in a large bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 min.
  2. Add in oil, baking soda, salt and baking pwdr.
  3. Mix well and pour in well greased 9" pan.
  4. Bake at 425 F 25-30 min.
