Honey BBQ Snack Mix
- 2 cups Salted Sesame Sticks
- 2 cups Potato Stitcks
- 1/2 cups Sunflower Seed Kernels
- 1 cup Pepitas
- 1/2 cups Roasted Peas
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/2 containers KC Masterpiece BBQ Seassoning (6oz Container)
- Heat oven to 350 F. Cover 2 large rimmed sheet pans with parchment paper.
- Let the paper hang over the edge of the pan.
- Spray the parchment paper with vegetable oil spray and set pans aside.
- Mix all the ingredients except the honey and BBQ seasoning in a large bowl then spread it out on the sheet pans.
- Start drizzling honey over the mixture, making sure all ingredients are covered.
- It may take more than 1/2 cup.
- Take a spoon and stir everything around to make sure the honey covers all ingredients.
- Spread it out again and sprinkle with BBQ seasoning.
- Stir slightly and spread it back out, making sure the mixture is in a single layer.
- Bake in the heated oven until honey is slightly bubbling, around 12 minutes.
- When you take it out of the oven stir it around slightly and spread it back out.
- Let it cool.
- We have a problem letting it cool before we dig in.
- When cooled, break apart and place in plastic bags.
- It will be slightly sticky.
- Enjoy.
- Note: If you like it spicier you can use Grippo seasoning.
- You can use other ingredients as well, such as pretzels and roasted edamame are good.
- Regarding the KC Masterpiece seasoning ...
- I can only find it at Walmart in the spice section.
