Lemon-Soy Dipping Sauce

  1. Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, mirin, 2 tablespoons water and bonito in small bowl.
  2. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Strain sauce through fine strainer; discard bonito shavings.
  4. (Can be made 4 hours ahead.
  5. Cover and let stand at room temperature.)
