Rolo Pretzels
- Rolos (The Candy) as many as you want, unwrapped
- mini-braided-pretzels or the square ones (NOT Sticks)
- pecan halves
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees (125 C.).
- Take any size cookie sheet or jelly roll pan, and line it with aluminum foil.
- Place the mini-pretzels all over the Foil.
- Put a Rolo on top of each of the pretzels.
- Put in the oven and bake for ONLY 4 minutes.
- No longer) They will still be somewhat formed, should not me completely melted.
- Take them out of the oven, and while hot, press a pecan half into the top of each of the hot Rolo and squash it.
- Then let them sit awhile to cool a little.
- Put the whole pan in the refrigerator to cool, for at least 10 minutes.
- Take them out of the refrigerator and put them on a serving plate, or in a zip lock bag or any airtight container.
- Keep in a cool place.
- NOTE: Avoid letting them get too hot, like leaving them in a car too long, they will melt together and then you have a MESS!!
