Cannelloni

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Add onion and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, eggs and seasonings.
  4. Fill manicotti shells. Place in 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
  5. Pour in combined tomatoes, tomato sauce and water over manicotti.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  9. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
  10. Continue baking until cheese is melted.
  11. Serves 4.
