Cannelloni
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 8 manicotti shells, uncooked
- 1/4 lb. sausage
- 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. water
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add onion and cook until tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, eggs and seasonings.
- Fill manicotti shells. Place in 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
- Pour in combined tomatoes, tomato sauce and water over manicotti.
- Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
- Top with Mozzarella cheese.
- Continue baking until cheese is melted.
- Serves 4.
