Oniony Cheeseburger
- 1 pound Ground Meat
- 1/2 cups Yellow Onion, Small Dice
- 6 dashes Ground Mustard
- 3 pinches Salt
- 3 pinches Ground Black Pepper
- 4 ounces, weight Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 slices Provolone Or Swiss Cheese
- 6 whole Hamburger Rolls
- Dice up your onion very fine.
- Combine all ingredients (except the cheese and rolls) into a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the meat into 4-5 ounce balls.
- Then form into patties.
- Place into oven on broiler setting (500 degrees F).
- Cook for 10 minutes on one side and then flip and repeat.
- Once cooked add cheese and cook for 2-3 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Be sure to toast your bread you can do that in the oven while the cheese melts.
- Top rolls with burgers and burger toppings of choice and be prepared for yumm-ness!
