Yule Log

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 5 ounces bleu cheese spread
• 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, Chopped
• 2 tablespoons instant onion
• 12 cup pecans, finely chopped

1. Blend cheeses, add pickle relish and onion.
2. Shape into 10" X 2" roll; wrap in waxed paper.
3. Chill 3-4 hours.
4. Remove paper, roll in pecans, serve as spread with crackers.
