Baked Salmon

  1. Add salmon into a bowl with water and vinegar.
  2. Let it sit while you cut up your vegetables.
  3. Be sure to peel the skin off the back of the salmon fillet.
  4. Cut up your onions, red peppers and garlic.
  5. Add the red peppers, onions and garlic to the bottom of a baking pan.
  6. Add your dry seasoning to your salmon.
  7. Then the place your salmon on top of your vegetables.
  8. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 250 to 300.
  9. (My oven is super hot so I put it on 250)
  10. I served with quinoa, lentil beans, broccoli and corn on the cob.
