Baked Salmon
- 1 lb Salmon(fresh)
- 1 small Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/3 slice Red Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sazon
- 1/2 tbsp Adobo
- 1 tbsp Ms. Dash spicy
- 1/3 tsp Black pepper
- Add salmon into a bowl with water and vinegar.
- Let it sit while you cut up your vegetables.
- Be sure to peel the skin off the back of the salmon fillet.
- Cut up your onions, red peppers and garlic.
- Add the red peppers, onions and garlic to the bottom of a baking pan.
- Add your dry seasoning to your salmon.
- Then the place your salmon on top of your vegetables.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 250 to 300.
- (My oven is super hot so I put it on 250)
- I served with quinoa, lentil beans, broccoli and corn on the cob.
