Barry's Mississippi Mud Cake Recipe

  1. Preheat Oven to 275 Degrees F.
  2. Heat Chocolate in lowfat milk.
  3. Pour over Butter.
  4. Add in Sugar, Stir.
  5. Add in next 6 ingredients, mix with beater till smooth.
  6. Pour into well greased Tube Pan.
  7. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hrs (test with toothpick).
  8. Let cold.
  9. Can be topped with Confectioners sugar for decorative touch, but this cake is so rich and moist it requires no frosting.
