Potato Vegetable Fry

  1. Begin to prepare rice according to your preferences.
  2. Put oil in pan and place on medium heat.
  3. Slice potatoes into 1/3" slices and place in oil.
  4. Cut asparagus into 1" sections and place in pan.
  5. Chop garlic and add to pan.
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  7. Leave on medium heat while rice is cooking.
  8. Add little bits of water over the next 20 minutes to the vegetable mix to keep moist.
  9. When rice is finished, place on a plate in a mound.
  10. Put potato mix over rice and enjoy!
