Creamy Tropical Parfait
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 1 mango, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
- Whisk Neufchatel and sugar in small bowl until blended.
- Stir in COOL WHIP.
- Reserve half the Neufchatel mixture.
- Stir mangoes into remaining Neufchatel mixture.
- Spoon mango mixture evenly into 4 parfait glasses.
- Top with layers of bananas, half the coconut, reserved Neufchatel mixture and remaining coconut.
