Tex-Mex Squares

  1. Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles.
  2. Place crosswise in ungreased 10x15-inch jellyroll pan.
  3. Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides of pan to form crust.
  4. Firmly press perforations to seal.
  5. Bake at 375F for 12 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Spread refried beans over crust.
  8. In a small bowl combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix; stir well and spread over bean layer.
  9. Sprinkle cheese, onion, tomatoes, olives and green pepper evenly over sour cream.
  10. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors before cutting into squares.
