Blackberry Puree Recipe
- 2 x 10 ounce pkgs
- 2 Tbsp. Superfine sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Kirsch or possibly other Cherry-flavoured brandy Frzn Blackberries -- Defrosted & liquid removed
- Rub the Blackberries with the back of a large spoon through a fine sieve set over a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the sugar and kirsch, cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill till ready to serve.
