Green Tea Milk Hearth Bread
- 180 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 15 grams Plain flour
- 170 grams Milk (cooled down after lukewarmed)
- 10 grams Water
- 10 grams Sugar
- 9 grams Matcha
- 3 grams Salt
- 1 tsp Dried yeast
- 15 grams Unsalted butter
- 80 grams Bean confectionaries such as kanoko
- 30 grams White chocolate
- 1 Bread (strong) flour
- Put the ingredients into a bread maker pan.
- Put dried yeast in the yeast compartment.
- Wait until the first proof.
- After 5-minute kneading, add butter.
- After the first proof, take out the dough and divide the dough into two and shape into two balls.
- Cover with a moist tea towel over the dough to prevent drying and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Punch out the air and roll out the dough into rectangles.

- Preheat the oven to 390F/200C.

- Bake in the 355F/180C oven for about 20 minutes and it is done.
