Coconut lime chicken

  1. Zest and squeeze the juice of the limes
  2. Mix in a bowl the coconut milk, lime juice, zest, salt, pepper, ginger, curry powder, and garlic.
  3. Marinate the chicken in a ziplock bag.
  4. In a refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit.
  6. Put on a baking pan, and bake 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let sit 3-5 minutes, serve hope you enjoy.
  8. If you use the left over marinade boil 7 minutes.
  9. I found the chicken turned out moist and delicious without the extra from marinade.
