Holiday Ice Cream Dessert Recipe

• 4 c. cereal crumbs
• 1 c. pecans, minced
• 2/3 c. melted butter
• 2 c. coconut, shredded
• 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 2 quarts. ice cream, frzn

1. Combine all ingredients except ice cream.
2. Spread 2/3 c. of mix in 9"x13" pan.
3. Spread with ice cream and top with remaining crumbs.
4. Cover and freeze overnight.
5. 12 servings.
