Ham Spinich and onion Quiche
- 1 Pie crust (Simple Pie Crust on profile)
- 1/2 lb Ham, diced
- 1/2 cup Onions, diced
- 10 oz Spinich, frozen chopped, drained
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (your choice. i used 4 cheese mexican blend)
- 6 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Make Pie crust or use premade.
- set aside.
- (If you use mine you only need 1/4 of dough)
- Melt butter in pan.
- Add onions.
- Cook until translucent then add ham and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- stirring frequently.
- Once ham and onions are done add spinich, mix well and set aside.
- Put eggs, cream, salt, pepper and garlic in medium bowl and whisk until well blended.
- Pour ham, onions and spinich into prepared pie crust.
- Sprinkle cheese over ham, spinich and cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over everything.
- Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes.
- Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
