Cucumber Sauce

  1. Pat diced cucumber with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Combine cucumber with all remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Stir to mix well, then cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
  4. Bring to room temperature before serving.
