Anu's chicken pulav

  1. Put 4 tea spoons of oil and 2 tea spoons of ghee together
  2. Add spices and let to fry for 2 minutes
  3. Add chopped onions and make it fry until the mixture changes to redfish brown color
  4. Add chopped mint leaves and ginger garlic paste and make a fine mixture of the ingradients added
  5. Add chicken pieces and make a deep fry of it
  6. Add tomatoes and green chillies finely chopped and fry them
  7. Add spices powder, red chilly powder & salt
  8. After a deep fry of it, add water and make it boiled
  9. Add rice and stir and wait until the rice gets boiled
  10. Finally Add remaining 2 tablespoons of ghee to it.
