Anu's chicken pulav
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 3 onions
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 bunch Mint leaves
- 10 grams spices
- 1/2 kilogram chicken
- 2 tomato
- 8 green chillies
- 1 bunch corriander leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp spices powder
- 2 tbsp red chilly powder
- 1 tbsp crystal salt
- 1/2 kilogram rice
- 1 liter water
- Put 4 tea spoons of oil and 2 tea spoons of ghee together
- Add spices and let to fry for 2 minutes
- Add chopped onions and make it fry until the mixture changes to redfish brown color
- Add chopped mint leaves and ginger garlic paste and make a fine mixture of the ingradients added
- Add chicken pieces and make a deep fry of it
- Add tomatoes and green chillies finely chopped and fry them
- Add spices powder, red chilly powder & salt
- After a deep fry of it, add water and make it boiled
- Add rice and stir and wait until the rice gets boiled
- Finally Add remaining 2 tablespoons of ghee to it.
