Watermelon Ice Cubes

• 4 cups seeded watermelon, cut into chunks

1. In a food processor, puree watermelon until smooth.
2. With a ladle transfer watermelon puree to ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
3. Serve with orange juice or fruit juice of choice.
