Scrambled Tofu In No Time
- 150 grams Tofu
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Egg
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 bit less than 1 tablespoon Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 Black toasted sesame seeds
- Finely julienne the carrot.
- Put some sesame oil in a frying pan, add the carrot and stir fry until the oil has coated the carrot.
- Add the tofu to Step 2, crumble it quickly and stir fry so that it gets mixed in with the carrot.
- When it's well mixed, add the sugar and mentsuyu and stir fry over high heat, so that the moisture evaporates.
- When most of the moisture is gone lower the heat to medium, add the ground sesame seeds and mix.
- When it's all heated through, it's done.
- Scatter on some toasted black sesame seeds to taste.
