Quick & Flavourful Steamed Soft Tofu

  1. Place tofu in shallow medium bowl; set in bamboo or metal steamer.
  2. Cook on high heat 3 to 4 min.
  3. or until heated through.
  4. Remove from heat; drain excess liquid from bowl.
  5. Cut tofu into 1/2-inch cubes; place in serving bowl.
  6. Heat dressing in small saucepan on medium heat.
  7. Add vegetables and egg yolks; mix well.
  8. Pour over tofu.
  9. Top with chives and oil.
  10. Stir just before serving.
