Kielbasa and Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine potatoes, sauce mix (from package) and onion in a 3-quart baking dish.
  3. Stir in milk and water.
  4. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
  5. Make cuts 1-inch apart and about 1/2-inch deep into kielbasa with a sharp knife.
  6. Stir peas into potato mixture; place kielbasa on top.
  7. Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and kielbasa is lightly browned.
  8. Place kielbasa on a small platter and cut into serving size pieces.
  9. Serve potatoes from baking dish.
