Bak Choy With Carrot
- 1/2 tbsp dice shallots
- 1/2 tbsp dice garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup water or stock
- 1 small grated carrots
- 2 cup bak choy stem
- 2 cup bak choy leaf
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- With oil saute dice garlic and shallot with the stem of the bak choy for 1 minutes
- Add the bak choy leaf and water then cover lid for another 1 minute
- Add salt and light soy sauce and mix well then add grated carrot and let it simmer for another 2 minutes with lid cover
