French Dressing II

• 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoons olive oil
• fresh ground black pepper

1. Place all the ingredients in a covered jar and shake well.
2. Or, combine the salt, vinegar and pepper, stir well to dissolve the salt, then gradually beat in the oil.
