Chicken With Tortillas Recipe
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 sm. can green chili peppers
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- 1/2 c. grated Colby cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Combine cubed chicken, cream mushroom soup, cream chicken soup, 1/2 c. minced onion, green chili peppers (washed), and 1/2 c. lowfat milk till well blended.
- Cut tortillas into eight sections.
- Grease oblong pan with butter and line with half of the tortilla pcs.
- Add in half of the chicken mix over tortillas, add in second layer of tortillas, then add in rest of the chicken mix.
- Cover with grated Colby cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min.
