Taco Salad Wraps
- 1/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup salsa, plus 2 tbs.
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chili beans, drained
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chiki powder
- 1/4 garlic powder
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 flour tortillas, 8"
- 1/3 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp shredded cheddar
- 6 baked tortilla chips, slightly crushed
- cook beef til no longer pink, drain
- stir in 1/3 cup salsa, beans, W sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper
- bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes
- spoon onto tortillas, top with remaining ingredients, roll up
