Low Fat Potato Soup

  1. In a stock pot, saute the onion with the butter until clear.
  2. Add potatoes, bouillon and water.
  3. Cover and cook 15 minutes on medium heat.
  4. In a small bowl combine the cream cheese and flour.
  5. Slowly stir this into the potato mixture until cheese melts.
  6. Slowly add the milk.
  7. Bring to a boil for one minute.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
