Tuna Patties With Cheese Sauce Recipe

• 2 lg. Large eggs
• 2 cans (6 1/2 ounce. each) chunk light tuna in water, well liquid removed and flaked
• 1/3 c. lowfat milk
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
• 1 c. bran flakes

1. Beat Large eggs and add in remaining ingredients.
2. Mix well and shape into 6 patties.
3. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min, turning patties after 15 min.
