Pineapple Bowl

• 1 1/4 cups Southern Comfort
• 3 bottles chilled dry champagne
• 1 pint pineapple sherbet, or to taste
• Garnish: pineapple slices and strawberries (hulled and, if large, quartered)

1. In a punch bowl set in a hollowed-out block of ice, combine Southern Comfort and champagne.
2. Stir in scoops of pineapple sherbet gently.
3. Garnish the punch with pineapple slices and strawberries.
